Hi to all visitors. We have created this Blog to track our progress as we travel to China to pick up our new daughter and to update family and friends upon our return.

Run like the wind

Did a 6 km run along the waterfront by our picturesque little hamlet. Managed to keep breakfast down but will definately not have a heavy porridge breakfast next time. The runner in training made a good atempt at the first km (in gumboots) and then Mom decided that they would wait at the beach. The rain held off and overall it was a very pleasant day for running. I never win anything and today I won a t shirt (XL so I will need to gain about 200 lbs to make it fit).
